2. Donations & Refund Policy

Donations made to Matri Seva Samiti are voluntary contributions towards non-profit charitable activities. As per standard non-profit practices, donations are generally non-refundable once an 80G tax receipt has been generated. In case of duplicate transactions or clerical errors, please contact us within 7 days with proof of deduction.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prayagraj / New Delhi.
